Glad you asked, Gamersupps is a flavor powder you mix in with water or milk, they have a lot of flavors to choose from

Kinda like that, they do have caffeine in them, but only 100 milligrams, if the caffeine isn't what you want they have caffeine free versions of each flavor they have
