He's good for getting exotic class item rolls, has Strange Coins are easy to get, and it's better than slogging through Pale Heart He's alot more significant in D1 for the general community -
It's crazy how making exotics plentiful and hilariously easy to get made the exotic vendor guy pretty much useless. Hell the best thing he CAN sell isn't even exotics anymore, it's hoping he sells some random god roll or artifice armor.
