Can't update Bungie Name
I am trying to update my name from GuardianXXXX to the name I have on all my social and gaming platforms, including all the platforms that are already linked to the Bungie account. Each time I try to update it, or choose a linked platform, it doesn't save.
Preferred name "Shinigami9376"

4 RepliesHey there, it could be a browser issue, but the usual cause of the save not going through is that the name is hitting the name filter. If the system automatically gave you a default name, that too is evidence that your platform name got rejected, and will get rejected again if you try to manually change to it. In addition, the thing that suggests names does not run these by the filter, so may suggest things that will not get accepted.
