Per our records, your Cross Save setup indeed uses PlayStation as your Active Account, with your Steam and Epic accounts dormant. This means that your PlayStation characters/progress are what you'll see when you log in to Destiny 2 on any of the linked accounts. This seems to be what you're going for, so there shouldn't be any problems there.
However, if you're not seeing your PlayStation characters, there's a possibility you're logging in to a different Epic/Steam account which isn't linked to your Cross Save setup, so please double check (multiple Steam IDs and such can trip up players from time to time).

Before writing here in the forum, I did the reverse check, meaning I verified whether the linked accounts were actually the ones I use to log in. I confirmed that they were correct, as I only have one Steam account and one Epic account.

Hi again, Thanks for confirming. Per our records, your Cross Save setup has been active for several years. Are you saying you recently made changes to it? If so, what changes did you make? Also, what do you see when you check your current setup via the Get Started link on [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/CrossSave]this page[/url]?

since the creation of the cross save I have not made any changes and by opening the page from the link sent I see my connected accounts and that the play one is set as the main one

If you believe you're not seeing the correct characters, then the only possibilities are that you linked an incorrect account somewhere during the process or you deleted some characters you previously had and expected to see.
