Ya know what seams crazy to me? In pve we have dedicated servers, right. I always thought I understood because its not p2p connection bit at the end of duel destiny you can choose to fight each other so there must be. Doesn't make sense to me how.

Pve is still P2P I would believe. I've heard of people from different areas having terrible lag when they try play with people outside their region. Pve is probably purely connection based. But I'm not an expert on this. Just listening to marathon devs talking about the challenges they had with dedicated servers. The quick recap was it's easier said than done.
