Performance issues since last update

EDIT: It was windows 11 24H2 fault, I updated windows11 23H2 around the same time. Destiny2.exe compatibility disable fullscreen optimizations fixes the issue. Hi, I noticed a fps regression after few game matches since latest patch 1-2weeks ago, also I'm now more cpu bound in tower or witness 12 player endgame match. If i restart the game fps comes back to 144hz vsync. I have a 11700KF at 5.05Ghz and 4400mhz -32gb ram and rtx 3080ti, is a bit old but not that old. At first I thought it was new nvidia 576.02 driver, but then I saw it on 572.83 too, I was at 572.83 before last update 1-2 weeks ago.

  • Been having performance issues since after Forsaken. The game is poorly optimized. Even tested it on other PCs that my friends use with better specs, they still get bad performance.

    • Hi there, Thank you for reaching out. We understand you're experiencing performance issues with Destiny 2. If you haven't tried doing so yet, you may wish to reinstall the game, as this can sometimes help with such issues. If these issues you describe persist beyond reinstallation, however, then the troubleshooting listed at the end of our Destiny 2 Steam Guide might help.
