ban appeal question
I have sent an appeal about 2 week now but the status is still open. I provided evidences but i don't know is my appeal got review yet or not. I don't know do bungiehelp need more info or what, I have tried to "squeeze" more info for appeal. I'm so confused of this appeal system. Do bungiehelp receive update if I have info and submit within the appeal?

1 ReplyHey there, Bungie will only respond if they intend to overturn the ban or they require further information. The ticket status may not actually change, but if you don't get a response within a month, you can assume the ban is being upheld.
