To confirm that you successfully earned the Twitch Drop, locate your "Redeem Code" page in your Bungie.net account and then click on "[url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Codes/Partners]Partner Rewards[/url]." Your Twitch Drops will appear on this page. Any Twitch Drop that is an emblem will show up in your Destiny 2 Collections under Flair>Emblems>General if your platform account is connected to your Bungie.net account.
If you're unable to locate the Twitch Drop:

If the Twitch Drop doesn't appear, log in to Twitch's website and view your [url=https://www.twitch.tv/drops/inventory]Drops Inventory[/url] to see all the Drops you've earned. Can you solve this Emblem issue Please? Its long overdue . At the time ,you guys disable help tickets for Emblem on purpose to avoid people contancting you guys . Mestalla-66#2819 participated event with grandad gaming and never received Emblem for Bungie bounty. Please dont ignore . https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Pgcr/15396553956

Edited by UNISOL GR69: 4/25/2025 2:52:51 AMIt is there at twitch but has a lock 🔒 on it and won't let me claim it 😞 It's been locked since the stream on the 12th of April 💔 And I have no way to claim it. Is there something else I need to do to unlock the emblem?

Hi again, Thanks for the follow-up. We have taken note of your report on this missing emblem. For now, we can only recommend trying the steps we previously outlined, if you haven't already done so. They will hopefully help you in claiming this emblem.

Followed all of your instructions and nothing worked. I appreciate you 🙏🏻 trying to help. Frustrated but still love Bungie, Destiny, and can't wait to try Marathon as it will be releasing close to my birthday 🎂🎉. Hopefully I will be able to access it at some point.

Look forward to showing my support at the store and purchasing Marathon the minute it is available on the Xbox store. Being stationed in Saudi Arabia this is one of my few contacts with home.
