I already know what armor you are referring to. I'm just making sure you're looking at the right one. It looks like the eververse store is incorrectly assuming ownership and is actually checking off the steeple chase armor ornaments. So you either never had those ornaments. Or the shop is tracking the wrong item. To Rule out any other inconsistencies. Does the shop give you the discounted price? Do you have a photo or video of you wearing those ornaments way back when? We already established that they do not appear in your collections, does it show up in the appearance/shader menu?

As I understand there is no discount. And the same pieces (gloves, class item, boots) are ticked as "owned" on all my characters.
