Can I ask, if your friend got you into trying the game why aren’t you able to play with them or join the clan they’re in ? If you’re enjoying the game then it might be worth persisting with it. If you’re not, then I suggest dropping it. The issues you’ve encountered aren’t isolated to you. None of my real world gamer friends play Destiny. A couple did briefly, but bailed soon after.
