If this happens again, where you believe you fulfill all the conditions during your matches but don't receive the emblem, please try to capture a video that demonstrates this. Once you have one, you can upload it to a public video hosting site like YouTube, and we'll be sure to take a look.

I checked if someone had that issue and appearently someone had a similar thing happen to them: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/264211435?sort=0&page=0 they said that a match didn't appear on record. I noticed I also had a similar match: https://crucible.report/pgcr/16075200076 where the entire team quit right before I got that streak, maybe that "unfinished" match bugged out the ticket? If not that, I also had a streak of 3 and went to the lighthouse before I reset my ticket.

Hi again, Thanks for the added info! While we appreciate your theory and insight and have passed this on to the team, we unfortunately won't be able to escalate the issue for a full investigation without video evidence. To that point, if you do happen to experience this again, we'd greatly appreciate some footage, though we recognize the substantial effort required to capture it.
