I'm referring to the gold border drops with extra perks. Bungie called em shinies at one point. Call em leprechauns for all I care, they are just as mythical.
On that, it doesn't appear that anything has changed in CoB.
However, I got 10-15 shinys from the Nether last night in like 2 hrs.
All triple perked, I kept 5 for now.
No, but I asked them to flip the pools in 3 weeks.
And for the weapons to be added to the Sunless Cell until Apollo.
If possible.
I want just one good shiny glaive.
I've grinded a fair amount of CoB; I would not be surprised if I have 100 done. Most 13s... all on normal Expert is not worth it for a PvE main... I stand by it.
I've gotten 3-5 shinys? Maybe.
Not a single glaive, no sidearm... no fusions.
Currently, I have 2 shiny smgs, but they're not 3 out 5s even... still I'll keep them if I don't get anything better.
Scouts honor though, they were dropping frequently (unfortunately the smg isn't in that pool) last night.
I like CoB... I'm playing it for fun,
It seems as though they're trying to get CoB to work right first.
I get soft-blocked every 3-4 runs.
Once they figure that out, I'm confident the drops rates... especially for 13s will go up.
I thought Barrow burned me out.
I had a great time farming the Nether last night.
The shinys can drop from ANY chest... except, I don't spend desire on the essences chests, so I can't confirm that... everything else, not just boss chests.
