There are tonnes of these weapons available every week (from Banshee, Xûr and dropped in Witch Queen, Lightfall and Dares activities)
Now it's quite possible that you've been playing the game for a while and you've already collected every craftable weapon in the game, but that definitely isn't the case for a lot of people (I personally wish we actually had more sources of them because I'm still missing a load having quit the game before Lightfall and then picked it up again at Final Shape on a new account).
And my Chronophage and The Enigma have been absolute go-to's this season (especially Enigma on my Necrotic Grip Warlock)

Don’t have nearly all of the craft-able weapons. But haven’t seen a red border deepsight resonance weapon in a while. Probably because I don’t raid. Hate raids. Too many people

Harmonisers turn weapons into red borders. If you don't have all the ikelos weapons like the SMG, can get them from operation seraphim shield. Gunsmith frequently sells old seasonal weapons too

Man I know what they do. But the weapon has to have deepsight resonance available. I haven’t seen a weapon like that this season. Anywhere.

Are you looking for something specific? Gunsmith sells them all the time then there's missions like presage and operation seraphim shield. All last wish raid weapons are craftable without completing a single encounter. Just get them from the secret chests in shuro chi and golgoroth.

If you’re talking about the one where you have to jump for like ten minutes I tried it 3 or 4 times and didn’t get anything

They're not guaranteed, but you can do them on each character once per week. Takes a while, but I've crafted every last wish weapon and never completed a single encounter.

You must have the patience of Job. Two weeks I tried that with all three characters and I got squat

It takes a long time, but build it into your weekly gameplay, and at least they don't take long to get. Especially if you use D2checkpoints.com to get straight to where you need to be.
