Simple fix for Nether.
The Nether: Explore... it's in the name, let players select which location they wish to start in in order to explore. While keeping the matchmade Nether and expert versions random.

My opinion. I effin love it!!! feels like a prestige raid it feels like Halo on legendary it feels like an actual accomplishment, limited revives, very raid like, it's definitely doable and they're not going to force you to run a pistol to take out some impenetrable shield.
