Yeah I didn't need hull breach. I needed founts. Then couldn't get to it for hours. Someone finally helped me out

What do I need to be grateful for? I paid for the game, shouldn't I have an expectation that it will work? They didn't fix the quest, they just shifted the problem to another area. I'm supposed to be grateful for that?
