Will it be fixed before Vespers host leaves rotation? I would really like to farm this before I have to wait another 4 weeks.

Is it bugged for everyone? Ive done over 20 runs this week and have yet to match with a person that has gotten the ice breaker to drop. Will there be an announcement that this will be fixed before next reset? Last time it was in rotation was non farmable as well.
