Ok, let's look at this subjectively. One measure of the correct spelling can be derived from the spelling from a book written in the UK in the late 1800, by an Irish author. The Portrait of Dorian [U]Gray[/U] So saying that using an A is strictly American is incorrect. Gray.

1 ReplyI believe it depends on the country; in the US it's typically [b]gray[/b] and most other countries it's [b]grey[/b]. At least, that's what I remember reading somewhere.
