This issue has occurred since episode revenant. Where a previous dungeon aside from the others outside of Wrlords ruin when it's their rotation don't give out pinnacle rewards at the end. This has been around for a full episode (revenant) and now it's happening again with Vespers Host. Please fix this Bungie. You've had a little over 3 months to figure out the cause and still nothing!
