From what I can glean from searching, the [b]Ruinous Flame[/b] was added to the game during Warmind where it was intended to be a possible Rank Up package reward from Zavala but it seems as though it may have never actually dropped [b]at all[/b]. Having been added back as a Triumph reward in Heresy, Charlemagne lists it as one of the top 40 rarest ships on the game having been earned by fewer that 29k accounts with an adjusted rarity of 00.1%, being beaten out by Ships that all appear to be Eververse/Charity items. The fact that it is being made available now through a Triumph earned by completing a handful of side Quests handed out by Sloane/Eris through the Slab suggests the devs [i]may[/i] be tying the [b]Ruinous Flame[/b] (at least based on its name as it does not have an individual lore tab) to one of those two characters.
