Can you get to founts just by loading in, or do you have to complete a section first ?

Load into masoleum founts should be next

It’s not a spawn point. Founts and Hull can only be accessed as 2nd encounter or 3rd. However there is a cheese to get to Hull from Hall of Souls, look up esotericks vid on YT.

Generally you have to complete a section for founts. It's oddly not a spawn last I was aware.

Not an initial spawn... or so astronomically rare that I've never seen it.
