Had the same problem but once it spawned - and I'm not sure if it only spawns in the ambition path - I need to go to the Hull Breach. No luck getting there yet. I've spent hours just doing unnecessary things for this damn thing. Incredibly boring.

Same problem, trying 2 days now for the fount. After 10 Times still Not appeared . But If IT has to be the 3rd room IT makes sence. Still dont know some1 to Open Portal for me. Got Something to do anyway hehe.

You can glitch into it and it's very easy to do, I recommend you do that before it gets patched because you will need to go there a few times, toland ghost is random and when you do get it you may be lacking something.

You can join someone that has access to the catalyst chest and just open it.
