Sometimes the folks designing these pop-ups are very obviously too far removed from the average player experience so that they can’t imagine the confusion things like this can cause. “You can safely proceed if you AREN’T using CrossSave”!!! So since we’ve been using crosssave for years we can not safely proceed?? Read the words first and imagine being the average player. Please.

Thanks for the reply... As Crescens mentions, unfortunately it doesn't let me past this screen without activating the cross save. Biggest concern is what will happen if we have already enabled cross save and then enable it again...?

Hello again, Thank you for your follow-up. From what we understand and from other recent cases, you should be able to activate Cross Save as prompted without any risk. If, however, you activate it as per the prompt and encounter any issues, then please let us know.

This is the exact language used: [quote]You can safely proceed if you aren't using Cross Save, or the Guardians created on this platform are the ones you want to use as your active characters.[/quote] Please un-Bungie this message for me and explain it in plain English what I'm supposed to do to access the game and play it like normal without losing my Cross Save and without loosing the 6000 hours I've put into this game. We are not your QA, we are paying customers. What kind of answer is "From what we understand...", or basically saying "try it and let us know if it messes up your account"? What kind of help is this?

Thanks for the reply... I went ahead and chose the option to enable cross save and it does appear that everything is working ok... I will poke around further and reply if there is anything not working as expected.

I'm on the same boat, It says on the banner that we should be safe to proceed if I'm on the platform where my original characters are, which is the case, but I'm not going to press ok until we know for sure, last time this happened I lost my name. I ain't looking to lose my characters.

The game is asking me to turn on cross save when it's already on. This message does not let you into the game unless you accept it. You're saying we shouldn't need to make adjustments, but the message I am seeing is specifically asking to do this or I can't log in. What I would like to know is that if it's safe to hold the enter button for however many seconds it takes to be able to log into the game, and that it won't affect my account adversely, as in losing progress or something similar. Yikes, loosing my characters would mean I'm done with the game. Hopefully we are safe but I'm not going online until we know for sure.
