As someone else said you gotta grab it from Eva at reset unfortunately you can only get it during the first 2 weeks as on the 3rd reset she's gone

So only 2/3 of the players -blam!- the achievement can actually claim it? What was the point of even participating in week 3? Why did we even have the quest tracker telling us our ranks if the ranks didn't even matter for the rewards? This seems like the type of issue that should have been addressed after...how many years have we been doing guardian games? This achievement isn't anything new, they apparently have done it multiple times, so why is this still an issue?
