I prefer they make targeted nerfs to specific ability's uptime rather than blanket nerfs like Prismatic.
I do think they had a nice balance with the half checkmate settings. Miss the special bar too.

The special meter was so good we've been without it for almost a whole year now and crucible has definitely felt the effects of the current 1-1-1 system They have not been good.
