It's been widely reported by multiple players and it's been on the known issues list for two months, so can we please stop the whole 'We've no idea what you're talking about' thing? We're just asking for video to help with the investigation, we're aware that issue is important and are working on a solution.

as you can see there are multiple people having the same issue with the quest its either bugged or has some sort of intermittent issue effecting a portion of the players
