Prismatic titan for pvp was in the exact same boat as it is in pve. It had only one usable build in pvp. Diamond lance off knockout. Don't get me wrong Diamond lances are one of, if not the strongest abilities in pvp. And were kept in check on stasis due to the lack of ways to spawn them. So it definitely needed a nerf in pvp. But with already insanely long cooldown timers on prismatic titan, coupled with the additional 15% cooldown increase that prismatic as a whole got. Prismatic titan is dead in the water for pvp. There is absolutely nothing prismatic offers that the other subclass don't do better now. The only thing prismatic titan has going for it in pvp now, is the fragments, which hunter and warlock have access to. Which are strong. But also makes the aspects you choose meaningless. Because other than knockout. All the aspects on titan are total garbage for pvp. And for some unknown reason, frenzied blade on prismatic didn't retain it's energy boost when holding multiple charges. But prismatic warlock did with the needles. Doesn't make any sense. It is baffling how long prismatic titans cooldowns are when compared to hunter. Which none of hunters are over 60 to 90 seconds. While titan doesn't have any that are under 90 to 150 seconds.
