Increase Joxxer Reload Speed
Currently, it's just dreadful. I'm sure many would agree. Stop over cooking and under cooking guns.
You have Redrix way to much love and we all see you walking that monster back 2x now while also nerfing certain perks that needed no changes.
Maybe focus more on balance.

With Enlightened Action, it reloads ultra fast. If you can live without Repulsor in the first column. As someone who only ever plays Void Titan, often w/ a pulse primary, I'd love a meatier Repulsor/Destabilizing pulse than Elsie's, but that combo w/ insta reload would admittedly be OP.

Those two exotics take no skill at all and the RPM on Last Word needs to be nerfed down. Too much accuracy off the hip with just insane time-to-kill. Bungie nerfs one pulse rifle while other weapons never been touched. That logic doesn't make sense.

for PVP > I always use a loader/dex mod for my long/mid range so I didn;t notice the reload too much but welcome any improvement there Joxer that I wrote off at 1st has become a solid PVE and some PVP rolls are performing too.. so glad its getting some attention agree about balance
