Nobody "Plays' Trials. You go into Trials to suffer and endure long enough to try to score some decent loot.
You're brave attempting Trials considering the state of PvP in Destiny these days.
Normal PvP is bad enough. I don't even want to think about how terrible Trials is now.
By giving up Trials, you're doing yourself a favor.
