If it says 'No So Fast' while trying to sign in, then ignore the API allowing you to interact with your characters as the account is banned. As you've submitted an appeal already, if 4-6 weeks go by without it being lifted or Bungie asking for additional information, then you can basically consider the appeal denied. They won't tell you why you were banned and you aren't guaranteed any responses - in most cases you will not get one.
