May not be exactly what you are looking for but the New artifact mods are very Strand Heavy. Im sure there will be something there

Maybe. It's tough when the class really has nothing going for it other than Melee Builds. IDK if there's any relevant or workable Exotic Armor beyond what I've listed.

None that are going to be effective at all.

Agreed. Even HOIL & Precious Scars are just so underwhelming on the class.
