So some people who speedrun and use macros is safe because it's obvious that some people abuse that stuff and I wanted to know if it was also bannable like wellskate groundskate shatterskate all that stuff there you go.

Macros are allowed for menial tasks (i.e. dismantling stuff in your Inventory), but in actual gameplay is a no-no. I am pretty sure only few people have been banned for abusing macros, still...

Bungie originally was fine with macros but people started abusing it so bungie said they'd no longer allow it. Though I haven't heard of them banning someone yet for macros. So it's probably safe to at least as long as you don't touch pvp but also might not be worth risking.
