I was in rush down when it just happened on the last encounter. I missed the barrier and was loading from joining fire team. Then it just went to black screen and never loaded until my team mates finished the round. Last time was rush down as well with joining teammates

The specific boss that it keeps occurring on is the Taken Hydra at the end of the "Ascent" mission on Rushdown. If you either get loaded into the activity in progress, or, die during combat and respawn yourself instead of being revived. When you respawn yourself, it puts you behind the wall and then says, "Joining Allies," but that's when the black screen occurs, and eventually, you get booted back to orbit for inactivity. If someone is able to finish the round, the next round seems to load without issue

Happens in control also. A few times for me.

I can't even quit or back out. I'm going to have to force close the game on PS5 then reopen the game and start over again. This sucks guys.

It's happening again right now while I just tried loading into rush down. Never made it. Now I'm stuck at a black screen.
