The wave kills you or you simply drop dead for no apparent reason? If the latter, you got x10 radiation.
If the former, you need to kill the bomb holder before atraks communes with the anomaly to summon the wipe blast.

Lesson learned then, don't go into your inventory at that moment. The Sheltered buff did go away unlike the others you had as you did, so definitely a bug. Should post that in help with the vid if you haven't already.
