Back in D1 Bungie made a point to waste money on paying movie actors to voice major characters. While major experienced voice talent was used for very minor NPCs. We all know it and it was one of our criticisms because it was an unsustainable use of money. Luckily Bungie made the decision to hire talent -blam!- work in voice talent for animated series and other games. However, one character stands out as a remnant of the old practice - Everis from the Eververse, who’s voiced by Claudia Black. An actress who played the legendary Morrigan from Dragon Age series, as well as the Uncharted series, and many many many other projects, she’s a prolific actress. Please, 🙏, use her talent for another character. She could bring a fantastic performance to the game.
