You’re not answering my question I understand that my name was reported. I’m asking when will I be able to change my name. As of now it just says I can’t and fails to give me more information. Do we get a name change every 6 months? Every year? Never again? That’s what I want to know

While there are no guarantees additional Name Change tokens will be provided, from time to time, they may be added directly to players' accounts. There is no time frame for when these tokens may be provided.
