Create a burn account, let it join your clan and promote it to founder, after that you'll be able to leave.

Created an account, but need to log in to the game under another account to join the clan. I don't have xbox or ps to log in with another account.

Log in with your main account, and invite the burn account in your clan, log out, log in with the burn account, join the clan, log out, log in with your main account, appoint the burn account as founder then leave the clan. Since you are using Steam, that is easy to do.
