Yeah, your posts don't get removed unless you are breaking the code of conduct. Also, you don't need to blame others for quitting games, and you sure don't need to announce it. I'm also just going to assume that these "cheaters" your "seeing" are only in the matches that you lost and couldn't be due to the other team being better than you.
