After being nerfed consistently they demand proper ranging, good movement. With slugs you actually have to land a headshot. This might seem foreign to someone shooting a wall of energy pellets 3 times the distance of a buck.

I think you are mistaken in your assumption. I have quite a bit more shotgun kills in competitive pvp than fusions. In fact it's my second most used weapon type...and my highest used special type. And no, I don't think fusions need nerfed.

Thankfully they will be nerfing closing time on them, but it shouldn't end there. And you're cherry picking. You mention comp but you have 5000+ fusion kills collectively in Crucible.

Yeah, over the span of ten years I have used my share. Year one/two of D2 specifically I almost exclusively used erintil. But the longer I have played, the more I have been leaning towards shotguns and my stats have improved along side. I do appreciate that you make your arguments civilly, unlike most people here lol
