Hey there. If you're in the EU or the State of California, you can request an account deletion under GDPR or CPPA respectively using the privacy request form.
https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049024632-Contact-Form-Data-Privacy-Requests
Otherwise, Bungie has no obligation to delete your account on request.

As mentioned, you can fill out the forms provided if you're in the EU or California. Bungie doesn't have to, and won't, delete your account if you're from anywhere else.

There's a right to withdraw consent part of it that causes a right to delete to be available that you can exercise but is more leaned towards personal info in the 'get rid of things that are no longer necessary' than a 'get rid of everything' sense. You would need to have a look to see how you would exercise that withdrawing consent right but the implication of it could very well be complete erasure including your game account.

Even though as Canadians we have a privacy act Bungie still won't do anything.
