I think rdm isn’t by itself busted, I think it’s actually a cool concept and allows us to spec into hip firing, something that has been avoided like the plague outside of DMT and last word. They just did a terrible job anticipating broken combos like Tommy’s, Last Word, and DMT

I mean it buffs hipfire, what did people think was gonna happen, people were going to use hipfire guns and they were really strong, maybe stronger then they thought but that wasn’t really just rdms fault
