Actually those are Great Ones. They aren't deities in a literal sense, even if some people worship them. They just have powers beyond most people's understanding, so most peoples didn't know what else to do.

Nope. She didn't create any worlds, nor does she have dominion over anything. Like, the Hunter's Dream is [i]her[/i] Nightmare, so you could possibly spin that in a way that makes her some sort of deity, but most Great Ones have their own Nightmares. It's kind of a weird metaphysical plane thing, and has more to do with the realm than Flora (the Moon Presence) herself.
