How are players going to improve their K/D if they stay out of Crucible?

Well if they actually try, maybe they'll do well and not ruin the game for everyone else. I just want people to try. That's all I want. Just effort. It's not hard. Just watch your footing, think about your engagements and don't jump high up in the air like a moron. And if you're outnumbered, RUN. You will die if you don't

You don't know that they aren't trying (at least some of them surely are) and speaking personally, if I know that I'll catch the kind of crap your title is flinging I wouldn't care either way so long as I got the rewards I was after. Not exactly motivational.
