Hello,
Thanks for the report. We're aware of the issue with Discord not working correctly on Refusal of the Call, and it is currently being investigated.
Sword Logic requires a Weapon Kill to activate (not a Melee Kill, which Desperate Measures uses to activate), so it will not activate when using a melee final blow on this weapon.

Sword Logic not activating on a melee kill is pretty disappointing, was really hoping that melee kills would count, as they do count for the kill tracker on the weapon. Thank you nonetheless.
