Your characters are permanently bound to PlayStation. Making steam your primary account would just set your steam characters (which you don’t have any so it would be like starting over again) as primary.

Dang, ok thanks for the info. Sounds like there's no way to move those characters to a different platform then? I'm just stuck this way?
