We asked for this the last time Horde Shuttle was in the artifact and got nothing. Broodweaver as a whole just isn't it these days, Needlestorm is a really not-great Super and Euphony is the only thing giving it any shot at relevance; unfortnately, it only works in long, uninterrupted damage phases i.e. The Witness and not a whole lot else.
Also, why did Euphony come from The Witness and not the Sundered Doctrine boss, who is a Strand user that employs Threadlings? What business does he have with dropping something called Finality's Auger, whose ornament is Flower-Game Stamp?

Edited by Ferus Lux: 3/3/2025 10:27:51 PMThat Psion idiot has Auger because Bungie has to sell the Dungeon key. No one would care about a Strand Linear for the lamest Strand class keyword function. It's pretty annoying that we didn't get Sundered Doctrine taking place under the Pale Heart instead of whatever Dual Destiny was supposed to be.

Finalities Auger has something to do with frontiers and the next story. Idk its exact connection as I haven’t dug into it much yet but it has to do with the Winnower. Flower game stamp is the largest hint in that regard.

Edited by IcyHorizons: 3/3/2025 3:52:09 PMBroodweaver has always been good in PvE. Threadlings gain Swarmers unraveling, Tangles spawn Threadlings, and Euphony also takes advantage of Swarmers because of the Unraveling. Even without Swarmers, you can still have uptime on Threadlings using Demolitionist, Thread of Generation and a heavily grenade oriented build. The issue isn't the subclass, it's the tracking of Needlestorm itself. It's projectiles seem to have a mind of their own, making it more of a prayer option, rather than a wipe the enemy from existence option.

Holy crap it really does feel like euphony and auger come from the wrong bosses.
