You do know flawless doesn't really matter anymore, right? Having a mercy wouldn't really make sense when it's just for win streaks now. The only thing you miss out on is a very slightly higher chance at more than 1 adept and one of the glow colors.

At what win streak do ships, sparrows and ghost shells become available as loot? Or is that a lighthouse chest rng drop only?

I'm not sure what the streak for the ship and sparrow are, but I'm pretty sure the ghost can just drop at any point, but the higher the win streak, the higher the chance.
