Sounds like you did not activate cross save. Or you chose the PlayStation account as the primary set.

  • I have cross save active, have had since it was introduced, also Xbox had all progress for characters and I have I was actively playing with Xbox as my main and only system when I setup cross save. I wouldn’t have looked for an answer if it was that I’ve searched all through the forums and articles and internet for why all but one dungeon keys, and a couple emblems won’t work after switching to ps5 there are no answers that’s why I’m here now because as far as I can find also bungie doesn’t seem to have a customer support that I can find either

    Your current cross-save active profile has the Witch Queen and TFS dungeon key applied but not the Lightfall one, you however don't have any instances of ever loading into a Lightfall dungeon. You can submit a ticket to Bungie via https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351-Contact-Form-Missing-Eververse-Item-or-Add-On-Items -> 'Submit Request' and they'll look into and apply the key if necessary.   • Thank you for the information kinda sucks that things as simple as emblems would be locked to platform. The issue with not having loaded into a lightfall dungeon was bc my Microsoft account became locked shortly after buying LF due to a password problem.
