To be quite honest, this HC is kinda dwarfed by Exalted truth due to it having no subclass traits and having minimal PvP perks. It having Explosive Payload in the 3rd slot is carrying it.

I got Explosive/Opening Shot with a Range Masterwork on my first drop, so that's ii for me. Not going to bother anymore then.
