No, your engrams will not drop armor.
You can get armor from weekly pinnacle, weekly powerful on all 3 chars and from visiting the lighthouse
To get armor to drop POST match wins, you need a true 7 win flawless and play on that card.

Do you think if I switch to my titan and play on that it will drop? Just a shame cause I wanted it on warlock, but do you think there is a chance?

Yes; you'll get armor drops for your titan for finishing the pinnacle and challenges etc.

I talked to a friend he have the complete armor set he has a win streak of 2 and for some reason got the armor in random drops after the matches, I have been on 7 for awhile and didn't get anything. My boots just dropped random after a game. I must just be incredibly unlucky right? I have played so many hours for a pair of boots.. Nice boots! But still boots..

Then I give up cause I've been to the light house and everything I saw a diagram that said it had a 40% chance of dropping armor or something can't remember got in on my discord. But I still didn't get anything. I must just be one unlucky guy

The only way you get a 25% trials armor drop is if you went true flawless 7 wins no losses
