I never got it either dont know what to do. Trying to get into trials but everyone is running that gun lol

I learned that you have to get all 4 of the previous comp reward guns to drop first. So Rose and the other 3 I can’t remember. So you can’t get this for 5 weeks evidently…Sucks because there was nothing worth jumping into comp for previously, but now we’re gatekept because of that. Actually lame Bungie. You actively push people away from engaging. Hope this helps explain why you’re not getting it though

Can we please get confirmation from someone at Bungie whether or not this is true? Will the curated Estoc drop in 5 weeks? :( Is the problem a bug because of the old quest? Will it take a future fix? Should I bother to play comp if I'm only interested in the curated roll? My frustration lies with the execs that thought it was a good idea to get rid of QA instead of taking paycuts. The devs are genuinely great...this is just *sigh*...

Hmm..did someone from Bungie tell you this? That is actually so lame if true & makes me not want to play the game at all. Everyone said just do your placement series to get the curated Estoc & that's it.

I read it from a trusted source but now I’m not so sure. Here’s my personal experience from 10 min ago… I have played Comp enough in the past to have gotten Rose. But I’ve not played since, so I’ve missed all the other weapons. Tonight I thought what the heck and I did my 7 placement matches. I was rewarded with the Redrix… So they’ve either 1) patched it. Or 2) it’s only looking at whether you’ve done any placement series before? Some Bungie confirmation would be nice though. But you definitely don’t have to have gotten all of them, as what I just did proves that false. Hope this helps someone

Unfortunately we are at the mercy of Bungie & the ever-increasing list of issues in the game. Makes me feel like a fool for coming back since my time isn't being respected.
